These colorful coasters are made of silk textiles called Khan Atlas. The origin of the Khan Atlas is said to come from a story when a ruler fell in love with a weaver's daughter. The weaver begged the ruler not to take his daughter. The ruler said to the weaver that if he weaves something so beautiful that he can forget about the girl, he won't take the daughter. The weaver thought hard and took the colors of the rainbow into the weaving. The ruler fell in love with the gorgeous fabric and agreed not to take the daughter of the weaver.
This version is 70% silk /30% cotton. The black fabric is 100% cotton.

How to wash
If you wash the entire fabric, the color may come out. We recommend to wash the spot only by patting micelle water.
